LightStream advertises fixed-rate loans of $5,000–$100,000, with no lender fees or prepayment penalties. State taxes may still apply.

APR depends on purpose, amount, repayment term and credit profile. The lowest rate requires excellent credit; this profile does not treat one purpose-specific range as the rate for every loan.

Quoted rates include AutoPay. Without it, rates are 0.50 percentage points higher. The discount must be arranged before funding.
