The standard fee below $1 million in qualifying assets is $1 per contract. Higher asset tiers have limited annual fee waivers; eligibility conditions apply.

Online Vanguard and eligible no-transaction-fee funds have $0 transaction commissions. Below $1 million in qualifying assets, other transaction-fee funds cost $20 per trade. Fund expenses and redemption fees can apply.

A $25 annual service fee may apply; qualifying electronic delivery is one waiver route. A full transfer or account closure may cost $100, with stated exceptions. The source schedule is effective July 10, 2026.
